Default GS430 Lease Help

Does anyone know what the current money factor and residual figures are for the 2006 GS430 for a 3 year lease with 12,000 or 15,000 miles per year?

Also, if anyone wants to post their deals for such a lease, it would be most appreciated.

Thanks

Default gs430 lease numbers

Lexus Lease Rates & Residuals – Effective 1/9/06

These lease rates are for reference only and may vary by region.
Add 2% to Residual Value for 12k mi/yr and 3% for 10k mi/yr on all terms

2006 Lexus GS430 4dr Sedan

24 mo/15k mi – Residual Value 57% of MSRP – .00158 Base Money Factor Rate
36 mo/15k mi – Residual Value 51% of MSRP – .00158 Base Money Factor Rate
48 mo/15k mi – Residual Value 42% of MSRP – .00158 Base Money Factor Rate
60 mo/15k mi – Residual Value 33% of MSRP – .00235 Base Money Factor Rate

36 mo/12k mi – Residual Value 53% of MSRP – .00158 Base Money Factor Rate
48 mo/12k mi – Residual Value 44% of MSRP – .00158 Base Money Factor Rate
60 mo/12k mi – Residual Value 35% of MSRP – .00235 Base Money Factor Rate

You can use the following formula to calculate a lease payment:

(Capitalized Cost – Residual Value) / Term = Monthly Depreciation
(Capitalized Cost + Residual Value) X Money Factor = Monthly Interest
Monthly Depreciation + Monthly Interest = Base Monthly Payment

Hope this helps.

Why are the residuals so low for the GS430? For a BMW 530 i, the same lease term (3 years), the residual is 60% and the money factor is .00140.

Default GS 430 lease

i know, i asked the same questions when i saw these numbers. It seems like LFS discourages leasing. I am planning to get a 06 BMW 550 insted. Let me know what you decide.
