Centering the steering wheel
Hello all,
Does anyone know how to center the steering wheel? I know there's any adjustment for it; it's not like you have to take the steering wheel off or anything. My wheel was off a quarter inch to the left courtesy of a dealer alignment, and now it's off a half inch in the other direction courtesy of the dealer trying to fix it. Alignment is perfect, just need the wheel centered. Anyone know how to do it on an '06?
It's driving me crazy!!

Do not touch anything what is under warranty. Period. Take the car back to the dealer or take it to another dealer. They might have better service department. They will fix it.
Except of filling my cars with gasoline I never touch any of my car that is still under warranty.

From page 427 of the manual:
VGRS may be deactivated with a change in the center position of the steering wheel if:
1. You continue maneuvering the steering wheel when the vehicle is stopped or running at very low speed.
2. If you continue driving holding the steering wheel to the extreme right or left.
3. If you maneuver the steering wheel immediately after starting the engine.
Also: do not disconnect the battery with the steering wheel turned, or the center position of the steering wheel could be slightly changed. However after driving for a short while, it should return to center.
