headrest problem???

anyone have this headrest problem??? plastic coming apart!
i'm having a problem with the plastic cover on the back of my headrests. when i move the headrests back and forth(not up or down) a large gap appears between the plastic and the leather exposing the inside of the headrest. i can pop it back in but this is annoying. i haven't had a lot of time so i haven't attempted to have the dealership take a look yet.is anyone else experiencing this yet? please check your headrests and let me know. thanks
