Default 06 GS Mark Levison Overview

I have not seen this mentioned on CL. The following is a link to Mark Levison website with a complete system overview.

On the topic of ML, I had a few friends crank up the sound and had it pegged at max, not to be impressed, since the judge by volume, not quality I was thinking that how could I crank it to full and not push the speaker and wind up with distortion??

I found that I alays had ASL tun on. Turn it off... crank it up... and you won't get anywhere near max and be able to stand the sound.

Just a little note that made me happy. Now I can crank my drum solos while rollin'

DVD audio levels are far less than CD, FM, etc. This is also the case with my GX. REMEMBER to turn the volume down before switching from the DVD source.

I think the audio (not DVD) levels are extremely loud and my hearing is not great too.
