Sorry guys, I think the wheel gap looks terrible. And why go with such a low profile on just an 18 in those HUMONGOUS wheel openings?

1Sick, I know you said about 35 series on 18s on the 2nd gen GS, but that's if it's staggered with 9.5" or 10" at the back.

I ride 245/40-*19*s on the front of my 2nd gen GS. Fills out the wheel well so much better.

Default 18" tourmaline rim on AWD?

Will the 18" tourmaline rims be available on the 300AWD, or will it be just the stock 17 avail. for the AWD?

also, does the AWD version have a larger gap in the wheel well then the RWD GS300, or is it too early to know?

No 18" Wheel option will be available from the factory. It will be up to your region to install the 18" Tourmaline or G-Spiders at the port it comes into. You can get the rims as an accessory option from your local Lexus dealer.

You got me on the staggered size. Good point.

Maybe we can start a thread with a poll in another thread. I'll have to go with the car I saw.

Easily. 20's will be a tight fit but they will work.

I wouldnt do a thing as far as adding mods to the car. iv never done that in the past on any car nor do i have knowdlege on what to do and how to do it like you guys. I personally think it looks hot just like it is as a stock. And also it would drain my pocket too and i dont really want to do that

The only accessory 18" wheels are the G-Spider & Tourmaline. The 5 spoke graphite wheel is exclusive to the GS430 only. Unless you can find someone to trade you their OEM wheels or buy take offs.
