Default 2010 A/C Not Working

Hey all I have a 2010 Lexus GS350 AWD and it's been a good car so far. So I noticed the last couple of days the defrosters weren't de fogging my windows (defrosters use a/c to take moisture out of air). I ran a few tests today just setting the temperature to low and the blower motor on high with recirculate on. I press the a/c button on the climate screen and the light comes on but no click or rpm drop from the compressor so I open the hood to see the clutch not engaging. I'm fairly certain this is a relay issue as over the summer the a/c worked really well but there was a small issue if I drove say to work with the a/c on let the car sit all day and come back the a/c won't kick on unless I turn it off and back on. So that's why I think it's a relay but I can't find what relay it would be. Any help would be appreciated.

My compressor clutch stopped engaging until I spun it manually with the car off and it started working again. The relay and fuse for both the compressor and deicer is in the engine compartment right side fuse box. The cover should tell you where.

I've gone through all of my relays and fuses with no luck. Not sure what the issue is at this point still. I'm looking at maybe testing the transducer but not sure.

Are you sure you’re not low on refrigerant? If it started acting up during the summer, it may have a slow leak that has progressed.

It could be a low refrigerant issue, but the issues from over the summer pointed towards a relay issue more than anything. As those all check out, I guess I could check the refrigerant, but I need to jump the clutch somehow so I can check the pressure. Also not sure where the pressure ports are
