Default Poor Performance With High Fuel

Hi Guys,
I've had an intermittent issue with my JDM 2009 GS460 for a year now. It has come and gone, but it has allowed me to gather more information.

After filling up 3/4 of more of a tank a gas the car will randomly decide to pull throttle command, and the car will either not accelerate very well or delay acceleration. Out of habit I normally just do half a tank a week so in turn I stopped the problem happening (mostly).

The worst time this happened was when I went from empty light to a full tank. Leaving the gas station, hesitation started and eventually after 10min got so bad I almost couldn't get up hills. After a few days the car eventually sorted itself. I'm guessing as tank level dropped from all my test drives.
Another time I did about 3/4 tank the problem appeared while driving along the highway but only for about 10min then went away.

I have already replaced the EVAP Purge Valve in the engine bay, gas cap and EVAP hoses in engine bay. It feels like possibly an issue with charcoal canister or similar. The owner I got the car off did have it sitting for a good 6+ months so I was curious if it was sitting with a full tank of gas.

Appreciate the help

Have you tried loosening the gas cap halfway and driving after this happens? Are you hearing air whoosh in when you drive to the station to fill up a low tank?

It does sound like a vacuum is building in your tank.

Could you post a picture of the EVAP Purge Valve location? I've been meaning to check my 460. Thanks
