Default HELP Replacing Tensioner Assembly(?)

Hello! I have a 2009 Lexus GS 350. I need to replace the "tensioner assembly" as per an inspection from a mechanic. I have the AWD model and am having issues finding OEM (and even non-OEM) parts that would fit, and I would appreciate some guidance since I just got this car. Thank you! I have also attached what the mechanic's inspection stated, I feel pretty confident with all the parts aside from what this specific one may be.

I wouldn’t worry about getting an OEM tensioner, u could just get a Gates one from O’Reilly and never have a problem with it. Just make sure whatever you get, whenever you are are replacing parts, always compare the old one and the new one to make sure they look identical and get a reputable brand and you shouldn’t have any problems.
