Default O2 Sensor Replacement

So I've got the P0137 code. My friend has a scanner that I believe will read real-time data. If so, should I be looking for a specific voltage reading on the Bank 1, Sensor 2, and if so, what should it be? Also, RockAuto's website states that the manufacturers recommend replacing the O2 sensors in pairs, is that necessary? Any advice/info is greatly appreciated.
