We have a 2008 GS350 AWD there has P0430 code. Hoping to install the oxygen sensor spacer to eliminate this code. Does anyone have a link to a spacer that is needed?
You probably will not have space for the extended one; the body rail is just outboard of the pigtail of the sensor a small distance. I had to use a shorter one. And be prepared for that not to work. Issues causing this can vary; in order of likelihood ime:
1) Native toyota ecu logic (trips warning WAY too soon, cat is still perfectly acceptable)
2) Exhaust pinhole air leak post-cat - these car are notorious for them from heat shield trapping moisture
3) Worn out sensor
4) actual cat issue
I may put my car on ramps today and if so, I’ll take a picture of the space so you can see.

Thank you. Really appreciate your advice. It will be great if you can post a picture of the space.
I didn’t lift the car today (too hot to mess with that), but this is the extra spacer I bought of the pair, remembered it was in the parts bin. It fits perfectly and leaves just enough room to get an 02 socket on the sensor and get it out.
Didn’t have a ruler handy but you can judge the size. I got it off aliexpress, not Dorman so don’t have a part number.
Thanks again for posting the photo. It really helps visualize what the part looks like. Did the P0430 error code go away after you installed the spacer in your situation?

No, no help. It may or may not solve it. If you can sniff and know your cats are working, there’s a work-around for failed sensor or post-cat air leaks. Since I sniff tested it and knew the cats were workign well within limits (Toyota trips the code crazy early vs. emissions requirements), you can do this.
