GROM Vline and OBD2?

GROM Vline and OBD2?
Has anyone been able to connect an Android OBD2 Bluetooth reader to the GROM Vline head unit? My doesn't seem to see my BAFX OBDII reader, although an Android tablet can see it just fine.
