JDM OEM Lip Kit
Hello,
I've been scouring the internet for our JDM OEM Lip Kit but can't make much traction. I found a couple-few threads here but it usually leads to a dead end. Here are some references;

Does anyone have part numbers for this kit and where I can buy it? I'm sure given the age of our vehicles that finding the entire kit will be unlikely/difficult.
