Default Strut bar

Hi, I recently purchased a megan racing strut bar for my 2007 gs350 rwd. In regards to installing it, I was wondering if I could use a regular ratchet wrench to tighten the strut tower bolts, or do I need a torque wrench? If so, what are the torque specs for those bolts? Also, what are the bolt sizes in mm?

You dont need a torque wrench, just slap it on. Did you ever consider a front and rear swaybar? Sway bars greatly improve handling from stock
