Exclamation Temperature gauge problem

Good evening to every one! I need help for a problem I am having with my 2009 GS 450h. I mentioned that the temperature gauge sometimes falls especially when I am driving my car for small distances. And some of of them I can easily see the temperature falls gradually. Fortunately the temperature does not rising to overheat the engine. LEXUS told me to replace the thermostat. Although I did it the problem continuous.

thanks

@Michaelcy Have you bled the coolant system? It sounds like you have air in the system.
