Default Door latch part

Hello all I I recently purchased a 99 gs300 that I use as a daily. I need help fixing the door mechanism I haven’t been able to figure out which part it is. I recently lost the key and the lock smith was able to open the passenger door. Several locks also don’t work on the car which I’d like to fix eventually if I could do it cheap enough. I’ll attach the picture of the part that was broken when I took the panel off the passenger door.
THANKS IN ADVANCE!

Where is it broke? It’s hard to tell in the pics what’s wrong. There should be two steel wires with a ball at the end. The ***** should be secured in the spaces for them. If you unlock and lock the door you will see them move back and forth. I can’t see the ball on the bottom mechanism with the clear plastic. Where is it?

thanks for the response. If you zoom in on the black plastic piece it’s broken right in the middle. Looks like the wires end up attaching to that piece.

Any time Timo93. One of the plastic wire catches on my door handle mechanism broke too. I believe I epoxied it, and likely added some carbon fibers to the joint.
