Default GS300 Windshield Wiper problem

I have a 2004 GS300 and the driverside wiper hits the frame at the top of the stroke on the driverside window. I can't find out how to stop the stroke from going too far.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks much

Are you sure it's the correct size wiper blade? I am pretty sure that the driver's side should be a "22 blade. But I could be wrong so you'll want to Google that.
If it is the correct length then it could be clocked to the wrong position. You'll find a large not hiding under a cap on the cowl end, I think a 14mm socket will remove it, them you'll need to put some pressure on the arm just above where the nut was trying giving it a couple quick pushes and it should spring loose. Then u need to reinstall it in the correct position, sometimes there is a mark at the base of the windshield they shows u where it should lay when at rest. U have to use the shoving method to get it back on the stud before putting the nut back on. And remember that these cars have wipers that can be positioned under the edge of the hood or popped up so they ride higher, just make sure you position it parallel to the passenger wiper.

Dwoods801....Thanks much for the reply. The re-indexing of the driver's arm worked perfectly. Was hard to pull off originally, but did the job.
Thanks
