Question Outside Temperature Reading

Hi, it's over ~80+ degrees, & the Outside Temperature Reading says NEGATIVE (-) 16, so it's obviously whack. Has this ever happened to any1 &/or do ya know how to fix it? SEE PIC ATTACHED & THX.

Depending on your model many Toyota products have a sensor in the fron of the vehicle behind the grill

It should be mounted in front of the ac condenser on the drivers side, sounds like yours is kaput. See if you can find anything obviously wrong like it’s unplugged or a dead bird is wedged under it, maybe some damaged wires. I would try to pick up a used one to swap it with, shouldn’t be very expensive.
