Default Snapped Frozen Door Lock

This winter my door lock was frozen and I forced it to the unlock position on accident was wondering what exactly I'd have to replace after that one so I don't have to keep using the passenger side to unlock and lock my car. TRD911 has a really in depth diy for getting in the door and replacing parts so I'd wanna do this myself to save some cash.

So what are you asking? Have you pulled the door panel to see what is broken?

Just wondered if someone would know what i broke based off my explanation of what i did cause i dont wanna have to take the door apart twice but if thats whats necessary i guess thats what ill do. Do you know any certain parts i should check first in there to diagnose this quickly?
