I have a 2001 gs300 I have no check engine and brand new battery sometimes my car will crank and not start and then I’ll let it rest for about 3 mins and it will start. Could it be fuel pump or starter? Also as I said I have no check engine light but when I scan it I get p0100 and p0110. Also have VSC ABS and VSC OFF stuck on

 

Sounds like your MAF is damaged those two codes point straight to it. VSC VSC warnings are a result of the MAF codes (disabled by the computer when there are other codes) so don't worry about it.
