I might be looking to sell the car but i have no idea what it is worth so any help you can give me is great.

You will make more by selling parts and returning car to stock!!!! As a general rule, MODS do not seem to add value to a car.

 

Black Books shows $31,875 retail and $27,750 for a stock GS4. Unless someone really likes your mods, it is better to return your GS4 back to stock and sell your mods separately as GS4fun recommended.
