Navi malfunctioning after battery replacement
Hey everyone,
So a while ago my battery was empty so I took it out and charged it with a tickle charger. When it was full, I put it back into my car (1998 GS300). When I started the car, the navi was malfunctioning....before the battery replacement it was working completely fine. When I start the car, I can press "OK" on the confirmation screen, the screen responds to that. After this, the screen does not respond nor do the 6 buttons on the side of the screen. After driving for a while (10 minutes or so), the system reboots and works fine.
I cannot find any similar problems, but does anyone know what the problem could be here? If important, when installing the battery I first connected + and then -.
Thanks!

Hmm ok thanks. I didn't drive the car for 7 weeks, so my battery was empty. The battery must be good since it's only 1 year old. The only thing I did is charging the battery up using a tickle charger.
