Default Fuel issues

Okay so I have a 2003 Lexus GS300 with fuel issues

The car cranks fine and but has no start at all.

I have fuel pressure leaving the fuel pump. I know because when I remove the fuel line from the fuel pump, fuel squirts all over the place.

Now I have removed the fuel rail and there is no fuel coming out at all.

I have no idea where the fuel could be getting stuck????

You might have a vacuum leak. Did you try cranking it after you reassembled the fuel pump line? if not and then you removed the fuel rail then you wont get gas coming out of there. Does it smells like gas when you're cranking? Got any codes? Start with the basics. Check your fuses. Check your vacuum lines.

No smell of gas, Ive checked all lines and fuses but all seem good. I checked the timing and all the marks add up, When I try adding starter fluid it just backfires and wants to starts.
