You could always go pull one from the junkyard. I think I've seen some DIYs around here that will let you even change the color.

 

You can send it out for repair. Be sure and check the model number for your unit (KEX-M8076ZT or 86120-3A522) because they don't make the circuit board any longer for some models.

I know this thread is over a month old, but I just had the head unit from my 2000 GS400 upgraded to Bluetooth with a separate AUX jack added, along with a new display.
