Cooling fans do not come on as temp rises. Fans work fine when I turn on A/C and defrost OR when I disconnect radiator temp sensor. Fans work fine when operating, no noises.

Vehicle has NEW radiator, radiator temp sensor, radiator cap, thermostat, engine coolant temp sensor, fan relay. All fuses are fine. Sure would appreciate some professional advice.

 

My first guess would be the system wasn’t burped and has air pockets

 

What temps exactly are you seeing? Are you looking at data on a scanner, or trusting the dash gauge?
