Hey guys, I have been having two different transmission issues lately. The first has been going on for sometime and I've just been dealing with it. If I come to almost a complete stop (like 5-10 mph) then hit the gas, the car will rev before going into gear. It doesn't jam into gear though, it's generally very smooth. If I come to a complete stop then hit the gas, everything will be fine and it doesn't rev. Any ideas about this? It is consistent and I can time exactly when it's going to happen.

The other her issue is sort of a rough downshift (sort of a jolt). I think it's from 3>2 but I could be wrong. All the other shifts are smooth and feel normal. I did a fluid drain and fill at the dealership and it seemed to have dampened the problem but it is still present.

The car car is a 2000 GS300 with 180k. Any help is appreciated. I should mention there is no CEL. the shift solenoid C CEL came on about 30k miles ago and went off on its own without me doing anything.
