Default Need help with 2001 Gs300

Good Morning,
I'm reaching out to see if anyone could help me through the issue I'm having with my 2001 gs300. I have been experiencing some throttle body issues to where at time I have no gas pedal. I changed the entire throttle as well as the pedal position sensors and the accelerator position sensor and still no luck. I believe the car is some sort of safe mode because now it wont even crank up. I have tried u plugging the batteries negative post for several hours to no avail. If theres anyone who could lend a piece of advice itll be greatly appreciated. Thanks

How many miles? Sounds to me like a fuel delivery issue...possibly the fuel pump going out. When my fuel pump went out it was like someone pulled a plug - everything was on but no gas even though I was pressing on the pedal. It started back up and ran until I could get it to the dealer but they confirmed I had low fuel pressure so I decided to replace the pump. No problems since.

You mentioned it doesn't crank. Does it turn over but not start? If you can get it to turn over, spray some starting fluid in the intake and see if it runs for a bit. If it does that points to your fuel pump.

Thank you for your response:
I have over 200k miles on it.Yes it turns over but doesn't start even with spraying starter fluid in the intake it still doesn't start. I did not check the fuel because the only codes it's been giving are P1120 and P1121 so I've only been focusing in the throttle and Pedal position sensors.

Have you checked the Idle Valve Motor? You may need a multimeter to test it properly. Take a look at this thread:

Yes, I've changed that as well when I changed the sensors right beside it..I'm doing trial and error at this point lol to minimize taking it to lexus...I just checked all relays including the fuel pump one..something isnt getting power and it's like the whole car is shut down.. the security light just blinks as I'm trying to start the car.. even down to locking and unlocking the doors with my key, only door will lock is the passenger side front door

If you've checked and verified everything as good using a multimeter there is an outside chance it could be the PCM. I would drop the car off at Lexus and pay the diagnostic fee (a pain I know) but at least then you will know. You can always source and replace the actual parts yourself because the dealer is expensive!
