Default Dead Pixels or Water in Multi-Display

Hi all,

So I got into my car one cold morning, and noticed my multi-display unit had some weird pixel issues. It must have been due to the cold overnight or something, because it wasn't there the previous day. It wasn't too major of a problem at that time either, but after a day of running errands and getting into the car near the end of the day it seemed like the issue has spread a bit. I'm just trying to see if anyone else encountered this problem and maybe figure out what it is.

It seems too big to be a dead pixel issue, and I read somewhere possibly water got into the display somehow and messed it up. I've attached an image of it to help diagnose, thanks all!

It looks like in the inside of the plastic, not on the surface of the screen itself. You can disassemble the display, not that difficult as long as you're pretty handy with basic tools. Then you can clean the inside.
