Default Help identifying coolant hose on '98 GS400

Does anyone know the accurate name and part number for the hose and metal pipe marked in the photos? It's the middle and upper segments of a coolant line going from the thermostat housing to the throttle body. I have a coolant leak coming from the place where the metal pipe segment and upper rubber hose connect. I've already replaced the lower rubber hose (water bypass hose no. 7, part #16295) that connects to the thermostat housing.
Thanks!

You can head over to lexuspartsnow.com and find the parts there. If it's the hose and pipe you're looking for it's 2221C and 22210P.

Default If know I am about a month late...

I just pulled this pipe and hose off my car, I did the coolant bypass mod. If you haven’t solved your leak, there are some other options you could consider
