Aristo rear steer (ARS) conversion
I've searched for info about converting to a rear subframe with ARS, but could only find info about either disabling it and/or tricking an Aristo ECU that it's still installed after a swap. Can the ARS ECU talk with the USDM ABS/TRAC computer(s)? I would very much like to add the ARS functionality. Thank you.

yes anything is possible. but! have you considered why the aristo guys have such a problem with rear steer over in japan? and why the lockout bars are common? perhaps they have issues with the rear steer motor assembly and its cheaper to just lockout the steer and trick the ecu. if i was doing the swap i would contact a jdm importer and tell them to get you the complete rear subframe with rear steer module. possibly the abs module also so they are in sync.

Ok, this is coming from driving Miatas, MR2s, and the biggest thing previously in the past being Camrys/RAV4s, yet our GS4 is a beast, with a huge turning radius... took us months to get used to backing in to parking spaces. Harder to get used to, then even a full-sized min-van (Silhouette). A 4ws solution for the 2GS actually sounds intriguing...
