How do you intend to fix this?

Sure. Then go to junkyard, or go to the dealership.

Since you said "Any ideas on where to start looking for a replacement?", yes.

Sorry, thought you were looking for a replacement quarter panel. Is your dealership unable to source a quarter panel for you? Because there are Lexus dealerships whose parts departments sell online as well, but you'll have to have it shipped.

What are your future plans for this car? This is a perfect opportunity to go WIDE BODYYY!!! But if it were my car and I had to fix it myself I would go to the junk yard and cut out the area that is damaged then weld it to mine. Then finesse the rest.

Is the car already totaled or still clean title? If it has been totaled, it's hardly worth the effort, sentimental as it may be.

The plan is to try and find a wrecked one that I can steal the quarter panel off of. I'm having a lot of trouble finding one so i may end up just having a dealer do it.

Wide body?? The plan is to keep it as clean looking as possible. Eventually gonna go for a sleeper build. Yeah I was hoping to find one at a junk yard or find someone who has a wrecked one to do that.
