2005 GS300 - disable remote unlock?
I have a 2005 GS300. I live in Baltimore city and park on the street.
My car has been unlocked a few times and all change, etc has been taken.
My question:
Can the remote keyless entry system be disabled? I want to only be able to unlock and lock my car with the keys.
I called my dealer and had no clue.
I have a feeling someone is driving around at night and using some kind of electronic device to unlock cars.

Door lock actuators are a notorious issue on these earlier Lexus/Toyota's. More likely, you are hitting lock and walking away from the car not actually being locked on one or more doors. I just had to replace both the rear actuators on my RX300. I suggest you sit inside and try several lock and unlock attempts and see if any of your doors fail to lock or unlock at any point. That is just the most plausible case here is all I'm saying.
