lexus is200 engine shuts off while driving
I have a 1999 lexus is200 and while i`m driving the engine light appear then the engine dies. after a few minutes sometimes the car starts again the engine light dissapear by itself. I have change coils and spark plugs the fuel pump is ok also. On computer appears ignition fail but i can`t find what`s the problem. I apreciatte if anyone can help me. many toyota/lexus have this problem and i can`t find any solutions. I`m sorry for my bad english

Hey this is the 2GS forum but I'll try and help you out 
Does the car die only when warmed up or when both hot and cold? You could have a vacuum leak. But, since the engine code is stored whe the CEL illuminates head over to Autozone and get the code from them (or if you have an OBDII reader). That will give you more information.
