Default Possible tranny issue?

My car has been hesitating when it goes around 3k RPMs and then it shifts. My car used to bog down but I replaced the throttle body and it fixed that issue. I also got a new front end catalytic converter bc I had a CEL for it. Ever since I replaced those two parts my car has been not shifting properly. Any inputs on what I should do to fix this?
Thanks

Check your intake for cracks or any other air leaks, also can try cleaning your MAF.
