Default LexusGS300 hard shifting

Have a GS300 2000 model.one morning started the vehicle and put it in drive there were hard jerks as if rearended from behind.
Changed the transmission with a used one from salvage yard, changed the throttle body, used oem spec oil, still same issue.
When ever the car is started early morning for office happens at gear 1 and 2 only after that it shifts perfectly fine once warmedup.
Leave the car off for half and hr or more the same hard shifts/jerks returns.
The DTC codes pending in the ecu are of O2 sensor B1s2 and B2s1 but i am not sure if these can cause the problem.
Any Suggestions or help with be much appreciated.
P.S currently I am using OEM oil and New transmission Filter.

Out of curiosity, did you replace the torque converter with the transmission?

Some basic info is missing here. How many miles are on the car?

What driveline troubleshooting have you done?

These are the first steps to diagnosing the problem. Since you have replaced the trans already, have you eliminated the drive shaft and its couplings? How about the differential itself?

Answer these and we will try to assist you better.

At about 140k I had hard shifts from 1st to second every morning. A couple of fluid drain and refills took care of it.

Got about 165k on the car.Driveline as examined looked fine just need some work with the lower arm bushes and small mechanical stuff which probably should not cause this.
the problem is if i drive around the block for a while and park the car for even 30mins sometimes it picks off fine and sometimes it jerks really bad.
Got a replacement ecu and will try to do that today.
and update.

solenoids in yourtranny could be sticking a little until warmed up. Does it seem like its sort revving a bit before going into gear?

1. What method are you using to check ATF level?
2. What does the fluid look like when it was last drained?
3. What is the RPM when you shift to drive?
4. Have you tried cleaning the MAF?
