Cool "hidden" features about the GS that are not very known

This might be mentioned elsewhere, if so, I apologize in advance.
A sure fire way to tell if one of your door lock solenoids is starting to give up the ghost; When you are walking away from your car and you hit the door lock button on the key fob, you hear the door lock solenoids click and the lights flash. If you do this and you hear the locks click and nothing else, it means one of the doors is not locked. If you manually lock the door with the failed solenoid, the lights flash when you push the key fob button.
My car started not flashing the lights when I locked it a while ago, I wondered about it but never thought it was a problem until someone opened up one of the rear doors after I locked it.

My favorite that I haven't seen mentioned is being able to adjust the subwoofer volume and the equilizer setting by hacking into the headunit.
Hold down 1 and 6 push CD 3 times and then hold down the AM button for 4 seconds and adjust and enjoy, you always have to go back to Audio and then shut off the car for the adjustments to work. Toggle between the FM and Tape adjustments from my knowledge P1 ups the sub I usually have mine on 3, 4 or sometimes 5 if I'm feeling really bassy. The F and R I usually have at 5 but sometimes up to 7, this works inversely the higher the number the more it suppresses the front and rear compared to the sub, it's more complicated than that some techie will get on here and yell at me but that's how I can understand it. Helps stock sub tremendously IMHO. I think to get to the NAV diagnostics turn the key to ON then hold the climate and audio buttons down while turning the park lights on and off about 3 times.

The F and R are refferring to Front and Rear speakers correct? Well, this will merely make the sound louder, no difference of clarity or anything regarding quality?
And for the W, the woofer, I kept going up on the number seeing when it would stop. I was at 53! And so I went back at 4 and turned my car on (on the radio, no CD or Ipod) and I noticed the difference, but then I checked the standard non-hidden settings, and my Sub setting was at 4. I usually keep it at 1 or 2 max, so basically changing the W is like changing the sub settings?
And also can someone help with the question about how/why the numbers go so high as I explained when I tried the Woofer number? Surely if I leave it at 53, it would pop the woofer would it not?
Any help appreciated.
