Default Help !!!!! Need some quick info !!!!

My car is currently at the dealership waiting to be picked up, but I'm in disagreement with the service dept. I could swear that when I insert my cd cartridge into the changer it pulls it in for you after a certain point, but noticed a few weeks back that I had to manually push it all the way in, so I brought it in. The service dept. says they all do that, am I imagining this ??!! Can someone quickly verify this as I have to go there ASAP, and want to show them your replies if I am otherwise correct. Thanks !!!!

I am almost p[ositive you have to push the catridge all the way in until it locks in place.

I think you have to push it in. Get the keys to the GS on the showroom floor and try it there (or on another GS at the dealer, there should be plenty).
