Default Need recommendation on lowering my GS???

I want my GS300 to be super slammed and I need your help guys. I initially want bags but not sure which one is recommended (doesn't have to be top notch but preferably decent). I read about a few brands like accuair is nice but would like to hear more about different good ones as well. I already installed springs awhile back but it's not stanced enough. So my first question is do I need coilovers before buying bags? Or can I just jump right into bags and not worry about coilovers? & do I have to install camber kit? I want my GS to be hella flush where rims tuck underneath fenders like a lot of VIP GS you see online. Any suggestions would highly be appreciated!!! Thanks in advance!!!
