Default Wtf is wrong with my gs300!

Hey, guys, my 2001 gs300 has been quite a problem for me recently. it first started a couple months ago when i overfilled my transmission with oil the car after I drained the oil wouldn't "move out" when I would floor the car. I automatically assumed my transmission was the problem but I was wrong because when I floor the car in neutral it does the same thing and bogs out at 4000rpm, but if I keep the throttle at around 50-75% it will fully rev out. My car idles perfectly (sometimes forget the car is even on) and it drives like a complete dream until i try and floor it and its just gets stuck at around 4500rpm. I

drove the car for another 2-3 months and was constantly trying to figure out what was wrong.

1st I thought it was in limp mode (which is still possible)
2nd I then thought it was my catalytic converters until I removed them and gutted it out and it still did the same thing.
3rd I ran the codes for my check engine light and they came out as P0161,P0141,P0135,P0306,P0303,P0305,P0300,P0301.
Most of the codes are misfiring for certain cylinders which is all of them and 2 of them are the O2 sensors. but the car runs great when warmed up and I'm not trying to floor it. but if its cold and I try and drive the car bogs constantly at around 3200 rpm on acceleration but the goes away when warmed up.
I also assumed it could possibly a Throttle control Motor that went bad but I want to hear your guys opinion first

You didn’t mention your mileage but it could be an O2 sensor. Don’t guess here, do yourself a favor and take it to someone who knows the 2GS or you’ll be replacing parts hoping to find the answer.

Well first off, your post is a bit fragmented...

Secondly, you need to focus on that last 'job' you did. Not o2 sensor, not limp mode, not anything else... Obviously it has to do with what you had just done, unless you're missing some key points. This is only in response to the timeline you're giving.

Please clarify the following:

You mentioned you overfilled it
You then somewhat mentioned a drain
The question at hand... Are your fluid levels correct? Lack of fluid and too much fluid can both produce similar issues; those issues being gear selection issues. I want to say that after you drained it, you're now low on fluid. Check your levels and report back.

yes, my fluid levels are correct. and i also dont think the car would be misfiring due to fluid levels. It sounds like its breaking up so this weekend im going to do spark plugs.

oh crap... I didn't see the story AFTER the pictures... my bad.

Yes, it does point to o2 issues. Highly doubt its a spark plug issue since its multiple cylinders. Since the o2's are bank dedicated, that a good indicator. Not to mention the 61,41 and 36 codes.

Also check for exhaust leaks. Being that it goes away after heating up, could be micro fractures sealing up when the metal expands with the heat.

Turns out it has been my fuel pump the whole time, just ordered a new one.
The original fuel pump is not giving enough fuel pressure.
thanks for the help guys
