My Lexus just started having this rattling / pinging noise coming from under the car last night. It sounds like it’s underneath somewhere between the passenger front seat and rear seat under the car. Don’t know what it could be. It’s only from like 15-40 mph. Any help would be greatly appreciated thanks.

I had the a similar problem.

it was a lose heat shield on the mid pipe.

I hit it driving over a short high speed bump.

Yea it’s the lose heat shield over the Mid pipe , it might be doing that because it’s rusty. You can completely take the sheild off , or tighten it with a clamp or something , taking it off though will make the cab a lil bit hotter by the seat n leg area.
