Rom,

I do feel your pain, i went through it. I woke up nites after the accident and still thought I had a nightmares and now it's been gone. But then the reality hit back, damn, my car was hit! I am soo careful and driving my car like a conservative nowadays. I park her in the furthest humanly possible walk to the store. I don't complain about walking too far to and from the store to my car any more. Cause after I've been through, a walk is just a walk, it's good for your health.

The shop will bring her back to her beauty and glorious soon before you know it Rom.... Thanks god, your kit was ok! You're lucky too, all the best shops are in SoCal... She'll BE BACK to you better and hotter than ever man!

Chuck

Default Good?

I felt GREAT,felt like I got half of my brain power back to do something else useful. Before, all I was thinking of is my car and how it will look after the fix etc. Depression was there, anger was there, confusion was there also.... I was a true mess.... Now, man, It feels real good to ride in my car again....

Bluelex and Rom: Spectra Blue has a magnetic field of attention force that will suck up all other metal parts and object toward it beautiful paint and body shape and smash itself up... I swear... My car got hit an run in the same parking lot where the Harley Davidson hit my passenger side.... NO KIDDING. Drive carful.... It's a scary world out there... Now to think of it, when I have my Admiration Creatuer put on, what would happen if the kit got hit???? I can't wait for another 4 months to get them from Japan... Noway!....

Ah... damn bad drivers....egads:

Glad your ride is back to normal chuckisc!!! BTW they are b/sing about not being able to remove the pinstripe. My car is a 94 and the owner removed the pinstripe in 97. You just have to make sure they take it off slow and then buff/wax it.

Good luck with everything!

Thumbs up things are looking up

Hey chuckisc:

Your ride looks brand new now so try to leave the worries behind. Like others have said, thank God no-one was hurt cuz you can't fix that.

Anyway, stay strong and I advise you to drive super careful as I am doing the same myself. It's funny, I'm in this black fairly nice looking if I do say so myself handling-modded GS400 and everyone's passing me cuz I always do the speed limit nowadays.

Better safe than sorry and there's a time to open it up and a time to stay safe. WIth a lot of sub-par drivers with questionable spatial perception out there it doesn't pay to push the envelope. And common sense in close quarters (parking lots, traffic jams, street parking) goes a long way too!

Anywho, take care chuckisc and stay safe.

God bless,

Paul

Wow, I am surprised with that much damage that the biker actually still managed to walk to the ambulance.....

....truly sorry about your car, but the most important thing is that everyone is ok. A busted car can be fixed, but a life gone is forever.
