Default Gs300 security light blinks no matter what. Car won't start.

I swapped in a aristo motor the other day and replaced a dead battery with a new one. Now the security light blinks constantly. It will crank but never run. Don't think the fuel pump is coming on. The key worked fine previously with the factory 2jzge motor. I'm at a stand still. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

You have an immobiliser problem ,try another key if you have one.

Did you change the ecm also if so you may have to doa handshake .

Yes I changed ecu to aristo ecu. I have fuel but no spark. I tried both igniters. I has to be that immobilizer. What's the handshake ?

Is there an extra grey plug on the ECU near the headlight side? If so you need to swap the ic900 from a different ecu in which you have the matching master transponder to start it.

No prob. I had to do it recently in order to get the ECU I'm using for steering shift retrofit to work. Glad it helped you as well.

You know how to re pin that grey plug for the shift lock to work???

Well I figured out the wiring of the grey plug and moved one wire to make the shift lock work.

But im still getting codes 31 and 21. I know the 21 is a o2 sensor and 31 should be the maf voltage. I can not rev past 3000. I know the maf was good and the engine ran fine before swapping it into my gs. I don't see it being bad. Anywhere I can check besides the plug of the maf for problems keeping me in limp mode?

I would say check your work on removing from the factory ecu and soldering into the new ecu. Once I made this change everything worked for me.
