Default Just got a 2002 Gs430. Have some questions

Hi guys,
I picked up a 2002 Gs430 on Monday. I've been on Club Lexus for a few years because I also own a '99 Sc300. I did have a few questions if anyone can help me out please. First question is if their is any way to disable the telescoping steering wheel? On my Sc it is locked in one position so it doesn't have to retract and extend every time I start the car. Question two is how can I get another key/remote. I only received one from the previous seller(kinda sucks). My third and last question is the gps doesn't work. The previous owner told me that the module was removed. Is this an easy fix or am I screwed? I don't mind buying a newer set up just need an idea where to start. Thanks guys in advanced for the help

You can lock the steering wheel in place using Toyota Techstream.

Not at all, once you have the application installed and have successfully connected to your car with the cable, you should be able to find the customisation options with minimal effort.

You can get another key from the dealer for about $250 if you have one master key. I have the same color in a '99 GS400 and have no intentions of ever getting rid of her. Just passed 225,000 miles and no problems whatsoever. Truly one of the most reliable cars ever made.
