Not to be an *** but that camera, the G3, can be found for the low 500's Brandon and has been that price for the past couple months...Even the new G5 is not 800, it is only 700....

But for Futures defense he tried to get the camera online for cheaper ( i think around $500.-600.) but everywhere online had it on back order, so he had to take the loss and get somewhere locally.. And guess what?? They raped the ***** out of him.... But sometimes when you have to have something, and you need now you'll do what needs to be done.. Even if it's paying more...

yeah, as mike (mrsypher) said, i first ordered the camera for $540 with some extras from a place in Brooklyn i found online. They said it would be at my house in 5 days. Well I called a week later to find out where it was and this is what i got..."Sorry sir this camera is on backorder for at LEAST two weeks."
So I cancelled the order and went to Circuit City. I was ripped off, but I couldn't wait.
