Default Plenum difference??? 1999 GS400 vs SC400

So I got a replacement motor for me gs400 and my mechanic swapped the motor in but said he has to switch over the plenum, wire harness, and ignition coils.
I bought the motor from a JDM importer saying it was for a '99-'00 GS400/SC400/LS400. Just wandering if there was an actual difference in these components.

Not sure how ^^^ thats supposed to help... But the Intake plenum part number is : 17102-50010 and cross references to the LS, GS and SC meaning its the same manifold:

I went up to the shop to see what he was talking about and I spoke with the mechanic that was actually doing the work and not some secretary. The mechanic just had to take off the plenum to take the wire harness off and put my old one back on.
