Default HRE Wheels

Pricing on HREs is what it is. Everyone has at one time or another inquired about the price. Basically you get what you pay for. The quality and service from HRE is unbeatable IMO.

Dex, I love the wheels. I have the 547s (very similar) and love them. You will adjust to the road feel and noise and eventually it will be normal to you. The S03s have a lot to do with the above.

Didn't you get wheel locks and lugz with the wheels from HRE?
Mine were provided with my shipment. I got my wheels through SRT, so maybe SRT flipped the bill on that.

One last thing, I think you will like the look of the metal etched HRE wheel caps. Take a look at them. They are great and well worth the extra bucks. I think they should just include them with the wheels to begin with.

Have Fun!

Thanks
MIKE

Thanks Mike for the kind words. Yes, HRE did include the lugs, but not locking lugs.

Hameed and DrRick, if you guys want, just pm me and i can tell you the prices for the wheels. i can't reveal prices dex or other people got, but you will get your price and the reason i want you to pm (or email at henrykuo@ee.ucla.edu) first is because i dont' want to become an active vendor here. in fact i am not, EAC (euroautoconcepts) is my sponsor so i want to spread the words on their good prices and products, but that's it

Dex,

I received your e-mail at the office, but for some reason, I am unable to reply (ourn system administator has detected a "security issue" internally).

I'd be happy to furnish a set of chrome locking lug nuts at no charge. We ordinarily include locks at no charge, but the dealer or customer must request them- some folks prefer not to use locks, so it's a shame to throw them away. We try to ask when the wheel order is placed, but sometimes the excitement overcomes us!!

Please PM or e-mail me the address where I should send them, I'll ship them right out.

Spartan: good to 'see' you again! How are the 547s?? You guys have made me 'come over to the dark side'- I just bought a 2000 GS400 myself!! Let the mods begin (H&R coilovers were installed within 72 hours of signing paperwork!) Darn you! Darn you all!!!

Hey Bob...
Nice to hear from you again as well.
What happened to the SC that your brother got? I thought you were going to do the same.
2000 GS.....nice alternative.
Lemme guess.....you have some special wheel project going for your car?
Let the mod bug begin!!! You can not stop. Just ask anyone here that has started.
Keep up the great customer service.
Talk to ya later.
