ECU Swap

If I obtain a used CPU for my 2002 GS430 with key is there a method to reprogram the ECU to work with my existing keys without using a locksmith or Lexus Dealer to do the reprogramming?

Swap fobs and reprogram the rest of the Keys.. 10min job

Does that mean the only issues with the ECU being swapped are issues with key programming?
