Guys selling my 99GS4 w/ 72k, loaded except Nav and in clean condition. What should i post it for?

My credit union's black book shows the following retail and trade-in prices so private party price probably will be between the retail and trade-in prices.

extra clean: 25,575
clean: 25,225

trade-in price:

Somebody who has $25K to spend will rather buy a car with 40K miles than a car with 80K miles for $21.
