I think it looks good...we do the same thing at the shop I work at...I think that everyone has their own selective taste and more power to them if they can afford it...It looks good with the LV....I'm glad you didn't do Gucci or Burberry b/c everyone and there mother has that pattern!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!............Your car looks great RI-GS4
personally, i don't think it matches with the car at all. but you did do a good job putting it on, with all the seams and creases...etc. hey, whatever floats your boat
Personally, I'm not down with the whole idea of following designer names, but I think it looks good. The logo stitched into the headrests will make it look better too. I could see it helping him get some play with the younger crowd (The Complex? Oh God No!)
BTW, RI-GS4, where in this gigantic state are you? I'm keepin it real in NPT.
What up Cyclemax,
Complex...hell no those were my high school days...NV at the Strand...
I don't think I'm up for that pattern, but in particular the leather on my front driver's and passenger seat is looking very worn in the exact area you replaced... what do you think it would cost for just some normal leather of the same color and quality as the OEM lexus leather, with a good quality installtion for just my front two seats in the middle area (the exact same areas you replaced)?
This whole set up cost me $2300 and when I am done with front/rear arm rest and stitched head rest it will end up costing me about $2800 and 3000. Normally, when you are two toning your whole interior it will cost $1300, kit and install. I think that just for the front seat including head rest you should be paying about half $650. The person I took my car to is a little bit pricey, but he is well known for the work.
Wow...it sure must be nice to have spare change to do custom interior like that. WIth that custom interior, I think the spinning wheels set-up would go perfect with it.
quick question: is that REAL Louis Vuitton leather, I mean, where does a bodyshop get access or license from a designer, along with Gucci and others ?? Do they sell yards of this stuff, or is it a knockoff, but real leather ?
