Read my post...it's the heater circuit of the O2 sensor not making a good connection. You have a break in the wire somewhere for the heater circuit. Nothing to do with the cat convertor.

Alright, so I guess i have to chase the 4 wires and test them until i come up with a break somewhere.
Or you wired up the connector wrong after you cut it off which was a bad idea from the start!
You can pull the ECM connector and buzz out the wires to it. Of course you would need the electrical manual.
ha. Well thank you, but my wire repair skills are pretty extensive, my splice job showed no abnormal drop in Resistance. However, i found a wire that was repaired with Tri-ax line for some reason, causing it to ground itself on another split wire. I also found a pulled wire and another banks O2 failing. So I repaired everything, replaced the sensor, and all codes and lights went away. My gas milage also came back. So everything is running cherry at the moment. Thanks for your responses!
