I lost my 2 keys with remote , I only have the emergency key that opens the doors.

Lexus says I have to purchase a new computer to program the new key $1300+$230 for the key....is this the only way ....this is almost more than the cars worth ...

lexus dealership will give you a free ecu unit and install it, you just pay for the master keys, do a search and it will pop up.
